Red Pepper and Spicy Sausage Skillet

Prepare with


  • 2 cans (2 x 418g) Chef Boyardee® Spaghetti & Meatballs
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 package (about 450 g) spicy Italian sausage, uncooked
  • ½ can (340 mL) Hunt's® Thick and Rich Zesty & Spicy pasta sauce or
    2 teaspoons (10 mL) cayenne pepper


  1. Spray large frying with PAM®.
  2. Chop sausage into 1 cm wide rounds and add to frying pan. Sauté over medium heat with chopped red pepper pieces for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cans of Chef Boyardee® Spaghetti & Meatballs, pasta sauce and cayenne pepper. Heat through (about 3-4 minutes).
